Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management or related, or other Social Science welcome to apply (Master Degree will be an advantage) and from reputable university
- Min 1 years of experience in Human Capital area.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and accomplish a large amount of work
- Good attention to detail, providing and efficient administrative service.
- Result and service orientation
- Self-motivated and have positive attitude, contributing to the success of the team.
- Have ability to make informed decision based on data and statistic
- Excellent communication and presentations skills, written and verbal
- Excellent in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Responsibilities
- Implements and administers various Human Capital plans, policies and procedures.
- Maintains company organization charts and job information data, including job descriptions
- Assists in driving a high level of employee engagement by updating company information and coordination of company events.
- Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
